The project, started in June 2019, is to be delivered in two years’ time and to be completed to the highest standard 5* hotel.
Building permit for the existing plot has been issued.
Main area of the hotel is 4,190 sq.m., consisting of 71 suites/villas, the reception area and restaurant. Whereas, the basement area of 1,090 sq.m. consists of a multi-purpose hall, luxury spa wellness centre, gym and secondary use spaces (kitchen, laundry, storage etc).
The hotel has been carefully designed so that each room has unobstructed views and absolute privacy.
There is also a helipad, which is located few meters away – there is a possibility of renting helicopter through long-term contract.
